A: Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin where possible. Avoid wearing nail polish, fake tan, or moisturiser on the day of your appointment.
A: You’ll be asked to undress to your underwear in a private room. A gown or covering is always provided for your comfort.
A: Most appointments take around 15 to 20 minutes. If treatment or a biopsy is required, extra time may be needed.
